  Definitely don't come here if you're looking to get your finger sized, apparently that's a service you cannot pay for - the only way to find out is if you buy their cheap & overpriced items. Cool. I would've considered doing a custom piece with them if they weren't so hostile once they found out I wouldn't be buying a ring same day. I asked if I could buy a ring sizing, and was told absolutely not.

  I've trusted them with repairs to Tiffany diamond and emerald rings, Movado watches and with replacing fine stones. They are so knowledgeable, competent, helpful and reasonable. Thank you all.

  Very nice and did a great job repairing my necklace. The price was reasonable and the necklace (silver) came back looking like new.

  I only come here to replace batteries on my watches but the staff is very nice. Last time i was here the person who helped me explained that he didnt replace the battery and all he had to do was fix the crown as it was slightly bent. The fact that he didn't try to rip me off by charging for the battery (which he could have easily done) is what will keep me coming back to get my batteries replaced or buy jewelry when i need to.
