  You will never deal with the agent. His staff is incompetent. it takes them a week to get back to you, and then they don't give you a straight answer. They blame everything on corporate and the corporate will tell you "the agent is the one to deal with your issue". I ended my policy in May after they were unable to do a simple address change in FEB. I had to call then every month to make sure my info was accurate. Then when I was to receive my refund check they had a complete random address on file. When I asked for answers no on could give me one and Ernesto never took the time to call me to help resolve my issues. I would recommend state farm just not this agent. find someone who actually knows what they are doing...
