  Fantastic plumber. We had a drip turn into no hot water and then into new pipes and holes in our walls. It was a tough process for which we were not prepared. Erik did a great job answering questions, returning phone calls, trying easy and free ideas, and explaining every step of the process. He was on time, on budget, courteous and professional.

  John Engler and his assistant Andy from Eric Nelson did a wonderful job getting two broken faucets fixed. Positive attitude, humor and good knowledge and reasonably priced. I highly recommend these guys.

  Highly recommended! Justin was on time, informative, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can't ask for much more than that when you're in need of a home repair. Justin repaired the bathroom faucet and replaced the kitchen faucet, which was provided by the business. Having them bring in the new faucet was much easier for me, and there was little/no difference in price compared to what I had seen online. I'd give a six star review if I could, and will definitely call Erik Nelson Plumbing for future repairs. Thanks Justin!

  I must say I am rarely inspired (and/or impressed enough) to jump online and extol the service I've just been provided for fairly routine home upgrades or maintenance. However since purchasing our home two months ago, we've now called on Erik Nelson Plumbing twice for installation of a new water line for a refrigerator and replacement of a water heater. They not only completed the work as advertised but generously agreed to look at and rectify several other minor plumbing issues we had in the house. He and his colleagues are exactly as described in other reviews - professional, honest, skilled, and very knowledgeable. I am 100% satisfied with all aspects of both visits and after a less-than-satisfying visit by a competitor, their superiority is clear in every regard. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  I needed a simple and quick fix for my piping going to my washer. Erik gave me a fair quote, stuck to it, and went above and beyond with the job. My family just moved to the Longfellow neighborhood and we will definitely be calling Erik again for our next plumbing emergency!
