::Great neighborhood playground and open space. Various seconhand toys ranging from kitchenettes to tricycles from the community are scattered about. On a very sunny day it gets pretty crowded and hot with limited shading options.

::A great neighborhood park with a good playground for ages 3-8 or so. Lots of donated riding toys to play with. Sandbox. Grassy play field. Mostly fenced in for safety. Generally very friendly neighbors and kids. No bathroom, however, which makes for awkward and sudden departures sometimes (and the reason for only four stars).

::Great neighborhood park for kids up to age 6 I'd say. My son is 4 and has a great time running around. They have a jungle gym, sand pit, and a small open grass area. Most importantly, they have a bunch of random tricycles and bikes and other toys which are donated by the neighborhood for kids to share!

::A great park for toddlers. Approximately 30 donated toys and toddler trikes of all types with a nice lawn, loop path, large city installed play structure and a fence surrounding 90% of the park. I deduct a star because the hills surrounding this park can be treacherous and exhausting with a stroller. Still a fun and busy toddler park on a sunny day.

::Love this neighborhood park. Toys and scooters and lots of gently used gadgets for anyone and everyone to play with!
