  I dont like baiting! They lied and said i won a face book contest then text me to call and make an appointment. I called out of curiosity and they asked for my credit card information to pay a 50 dollar fee for something they Said i won! I NEVER ENTERED THE CONTEST. BEWARE OF THE BAIT.

  Update: Its been 8 months that Ive been coming to this location and they have been wonderful! Referred a ton of my friends to this location and still love it! Perfect place for a quick refill. Hidden inside a tanning salon, but unlike anything I expected to see. When I walked in waiting lobby it was very relaxing and service was prompt

  Please don’t go here, eyelashes were pretty and long and beautiful only the first day though, I’m not gonna lie she took her time and put a lot of lashes on each eye,but I think the glue they use is cheap or something, it’s been one week and I have lost almost more than 50% of the lashes. Plus the glue irritate my eyes a little.

  I give this establishment a negative -1 star. This is my second attempt to post this bad review. The manager of this salon, Chris who also manages the place on Memorial is the worst. I had to have my lashes removed due to a severe allergic reaction and he showed no signs of remorse or urgency to get me scheduled with an esthetician to have them removed. He said the salon was "fully booked" and could not help me.When I finally threatened to go to the salon to wait, he called me back and said he could book me at 12, two hours after I had called (they open at 10). The esthetician was nice and removed the lashes. I asked her when her next appt was and she wasn't sure, hmmm. So much for being "fully booked." I had to call my doctor for an emergency appointment to bring the swelling down. I'm now on steroids and RX ointment to fix the damage done. Trust me, do not get anything done at this salon. I should have read the bad reviews first. Kimberly is the person who answers the phone to schedule. She is just as bad by booking appointments without prior knowledge of her staff and their expertise. Also, Chris is not manager quality and should not be running any type of establishment.
