  Even one star is too much for Epifani! If you would like to bring in your instrument for a relatively small custom job, pay deposit and then wait 5 weeks only to find out that nothing has been done with no further explanation, then this is the place to go. On top of their non-existent timelines, their customer service beats every record! The customer service manager suggested that we should try to get in contact with the owner (Nick) and BEG him to actually start on the custom job (that the deposit was left on) because otherwise he will work on it only when he feels like it. Begging someone to do the job that I am paying full price for is not my idea of customer service. All of these suggestions came in a rude and disrespectful manner. All through this experience we felt as if Epifani is doing customers a huge favor for even taking their order in the first place. By the way, the job was never even started on even after 5 weeks of wait time. It is disgraceful!
