  Epic Seats is a great place to buy tickets and plan fun events. They have helped us coordinate so many memorable sporting events with our friends and family over the years. Very reliable, friendly on the phones, and outstanding customer service! Cant ask for more. Thanks!

  DON'T USE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I purchased a ticket - never received the e-ticket instant download email and PIN - called but it was after hours - website didn't have an instant download link nor any information on what to do - I tried to dispute the purchase but they said I should have tried to call during operating hours and blamed their third party ticketing service for not providing me with the link and PIN. Oh... and the ticket that I had to buy at the event box office was A LOT cheaper. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

  Talked to Graham ext 24 and in less the two minutes I had my ticket. I thought to drive to meet a Craig's list guy but then he said he needed an extra 10$ ---- forget it. I will never use anyone else. These guys rock!
