  High intensity 45-min workout that rotates you between different stations for about 40 seconds each. Instructors are energetic & super helpful and guide you to focus on your form.

  Dan is a great teacher. She was there to help fix my form and push myself. As a newbie to high intensity workout it was a great first experience !

  There's some real intelligence behind the workout compositions. They incorporate basic movement patterns in progressive difficulties that help you build towards more complex and difficult movements. Teddy's also a great instructor, motivator, and very knowledgeable -- no BS here. Plus, it's in a convenient spot and kept very clean. The facility provides towels and showers and a spiffy water dispenser. They have very functional workout equipment that leverages a lot of progressive body weight and loading.

  Great 45 min HIIT workout where it's basically 5 rounds of eight 30 sec exercises with 15 sec to rotate in between exercises. Effective, smallish classes, and challenging without feeling like I was going to die. Highly recommend if you like HIIT classes and/or interval training. No showers or lockers FYI.

  What an awesome work out! Epic rotates exercises, so you keep working a different muscle group between intervals. A great workout in a short time. The coaches are really helpful and the place is immaculate.
