::Worst experience possible. Walked in to a dirty, run down "medical" lab. Technician was on the phone - personal call. Didn't even stop talking, just took the requisition, handed me a urine collector and pointed to a bathroom. I had some questions on the test being ordered. She did not even put the phone down, just kept talking until I finally (upon being sure it was a personal call) suggested that she attend to answering my questions. She ended her call with "I'll call you back" and then provided VERY testy responses to my questions. After taking a blood sample she simply walked out of the collection room and picked up her phone to continue her personal call without any comment to me. Unbelievable. I have been waiting seven (7) days for results that were promised in 2 - 4 days.
