  Arrived for my Mother's appointment at 12:00. She was supposed to drink some liquid prep before CT scan. We waited 50 minutes and was never called for "drink". I asked when she was going to get the preparation drink. Staff said oh, she is having an MRI. No, I said, a CT. Staff said, I'm sorry, we will get the preparation drink, now. 10 minutes later... Really, I do not recommend this location to anyone. They have the worst customer care I have seen. The only good thing I can say, is that they gave my Mother a blanket because she was cold.

  Went on 5-18-18 to have MRI done on my right shoulder Jessica st the front desk was wonderful she explained all the paper clearly and Rachel the MRI tech was fantastic put me at ease the hole time after each scan she came to check make sure I was alright kiddos to the staff of envision imagining

  I was advised that a MRI scan of my knee was going to be over $1,300-- I declined, knowing that you can get MRI's for under $500 easily. The Envision representative indicated that because I had insurance, they had to charge me $1,300 -- even though it was all within my deductible. Minutes after declining their services, I was called back and told that they would do the scan for 1/2 of the $1,300-- I again declined. I got my MRI for $430.01 the next day at a facility not far from Envision. Amazingly, a "scheduler" for Envision called a few days later to see if I wanted to schedule my MRI? Be wary of their pricing.

  Extremely and very surprising a great experience. The staff was excellent and being that I am claustrophobic, they helped me get through the 40 minute ordeal. This was the best MRI experience I have ever had.

  Went in this morning to get an MRI and had to reschedule because no one informed me that I was supposed to fast for four hours. I even asked if I could eat beforehand when they called to confirm my appointment and they told me yes. Not happy about having to wait even more for peace of mind. Oh but they gave me a gift card for my troubles.
