  Service sucked. People were rude. Yelled at me in a different language. Come here to have a bad time. Food sucked too.

  this place sucks butt. i ordered bubble tea and they always give me the order wrong. i usually spend 45$ a day. but they don't seem to care and they give me the wrong drink and when i order again they give me a wrong one again. i hate this place. i recommend going to vivi instead. so much better and they would actually care if they get the order wrong. they wouldn't be annoying and start screaming at me and saying that i ordered something else. ever tho i knew i didn't order it. don't buy from this place. you will regret. THIS PLACE SUCKS.

  The only place in great neck for good bubble tea! Good smoothies as well. The staff is very friendly. They do serve food but it isn't they're strong suit.

  An excellent place to go for a good cup of bubble tea. Very friendly staff who makes awesome food. Recommend the sesame chicken wrap.

  So I order lunch here at least once a week, and it is always a pleaser. Food is fresh, sandwiches are made to order, and they are very accommodating. They have hearty soups as well. And when I need a pick me up their smoothies are fantastic. A Great Neck gem, try it you will be pleased.
