  I showed up 10 mins early for appointment. Waited 40 mins to be seen. Asked for trim and long side bang and walked out with one of the worst haircuts ive ever received. Have to tie back bangs until grown back out. Would never go back. Unfortunately very back experience. Cant believe I paid for someone to butcher my hair.

  The staff was amazing especially Shanna who was great with my 5 yr old niece
