::Went there to learn about HD Audio. The staff is friendly, not pushy and genuine. They are few and far between. In the age of big box stores, and people not caring about sound quality, these folks are a breath of fresh air. Mike, Raymond, and his staff are top notch. Be careful though, you may walk in there without the intention of buying new gear, only to get the upgrade bug.
