  Always a pleasant experience!! Long time employees Mildred and Frank are extremely cordial and helpful!!! Just wish the prices were a little more affordable!

  Terrible service for my uniform! I had limited time to get my boot covers so I called first, they said Yes, they had the Thorogood Neos in stock. I got there and the lady helping me disappeared so another lady got out the waterproof Shoe-ins and they only had the 1 pair left! ! But, I told her those were not the correct boot covers. I needed the Neos, the insulated ones for winter. She got very agitated with me and insisted these were the only ones available, no one liked the insulated they were to uncomfortable so Thorogood no longer makes them. I didn't buy them and instead drove really fast over to Allie Bros in Livonia before they closed and purchased the Neos there! My feet never got cold even once after 10 hours outside in the snow delivering mail! ! NO, they did not stop making them and NO, the insulated was not big and heavy! I love them and Allie Brothers were very knowledge and helpful!
