  Rent a car there couple times. They can be pushy at times. I picked up a ford SUV and the car was dirty. I was told that I would receive a car wash coupon to wash the car, I never got it so I returned it dirty. The Ford Explorer was super comfy to drive.

  People working here were very nice and helpful. I appreciated their kindness. Did not appreciate having to return the car, as it was sold while I was renting it. Even less, the fact that I missed holding up my E Z Pass (no mount in the car) twice in three weeks, for actual tolls totaling to $4.32. Enterprise charged my credit card $31.00. This is beyond outrageous. I intend to complain loud, long and often until they make that right. I understand a need to up-charge to cover collection, but 725% is insane.

  Customer Service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car was stupendous. They have a Professional group of men and women that are extremely attentive to your needs. They are patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. They get you in and out. The condition of the car was well maintained, clean and operated smoothly. I'm glad I chose this location to rent my car. Thanks again for all your hard work and making your customers happy!
