  My insurance company arranged a rental for me when my car was in a hit and run. The service at Enterprise was excellent! They were courteous and efficient. I was not able to drop off the car directly but they worked around this... Elizabeth, who picked me up and handled my case, was personable and professional! I highly recommend this branch.

  I had to swap out a rental for various reasons. They were quick and understanding and gave me no hassle whatsoever. I was in and out and back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I would rent from here again.

  Very courteous, however they have too few of a selection of the kind of car you really want. They need a bigger selection. I never was able to get the car I wanted. I am planning a trip in August and hopefully they will accommodate me finally. The process is pretty fast getting the vehicle.

  Loved the wit and support of all the staff members. Entertaining, engaging, and supportive. The car was eco for gas, but could use better lumbar support for a long drive. I was using debit not credit to rent so had to supply utility bill and pay stub. I thought perhaps I could avoid this since I had rented in December, but I understand the policy. It just took several minutes to pull the information from websites. Thanks for having a quiz my son and I answered correctly for a nice discount. Overall, great experience. Would rent again and recommend to others wholeheartedly. THANK YOU, Poughkeepsie Enterprise!

  Service is always great at this location in Poughkeepsie. We have rented cars from them for a couple of years now. The staff is always professional and nice. Our favorite rep is George. He always meets us with a smile and provides great service. Just an all around nice guy. I definitely recommend this Enterprise location.
