  Efficient procedure. In and out in 10 minutes with a reservation. Granted, I was there to pick up at 9 when they opened, rather than at a busier time of day.

  I have rented from Enterprise's downtown location twice now. On both occasions, I was renting for holiday weekends. On my first visit, I received a free upgrade - which was a wonderful surprise! On my second visit, I had no problem picking up my vehicle 90 minutes earlier than I had scheduled. Although there was a line, the team was able to service me quickly and efficiently. Both days, I returned my vehicles on Sunday afternoons when the location was closed. However, their key return makes it super easy to return without incurring an additional day's charge. An rep called me later that week to confirm they had received my vehicle and to ensure I had a smooth experience. Overall - wonderful customer service and will continue to rent from this location!

  I have used this Enterprise for a handful of rentals, and everything always goes smoothly! The staff is friendly, professional, and the check-in/return process is easy. The vehicles are always nice and often have upgrades such as bluetooth, etc. which make long drives much easier. Once I drove over a nail and got a flat tire, and Enterprise took care of it quickly and painlessly.

  The rental experience with Enterprise at their Downtown Pittsburgh location was probably the smoothest rental experience I have had so far. The counter is conveniently located inside the Parking Authority building which means that the fleet is just two steps away from the counter and it's just a short walk from the Convention Center. The staff is very pleasant and very efficient at their job. They didn't have any vehicle in the category I had booked in, so they gave me a free upgrade. I was out with my car within 15 minutes. I dropped off my car at the airport and the courtesy check was very quick. The downtown location processed my return and paperwork in a swift fashion within a day or two. Overall, very very pleased.

  This Enterprise location offers the best customer and car service, very credible and knowledgeable associates as well as Great pricing on any size rental vehicle. Courtney The manager has superb experience and knowledge of procedure, payment type and vehicle rental requirements. Carly and Amy are excellent associates that have been at my assistance for any and all of my rental needs. I am a rewards member, this location always honors my reservations, cancellation or redemption of any or all of my reward points toward my rental vehicle. I would recommend this location to family, friends, business associates because I know they will leave satisfied and feeling secure in the vehicle of their choice. By far the best branch in my regional area. I can personally say that I have had the best experience with Enterprise and will continue to rent from this branch office location. The customer service is always a pleasure to help and do their best to get you in a vehicle and on your way. Thank you Enterprise! Thank you Courtney, Carly and Amy plus the whole staff at this branch location. You all are awesome. Keep up the great work!
