::I had an 11am reservation. I contacted them at 10:15 to ask them to pick me up. Was told that they were a bit behind and wouldn't be able to send someone until 11am. I said that was fine. Called them at 11:15. Was told should be any minute now. Called back at 11:30. Was put on hold indefinitely. Called back. Was immediately told to hold and again now one picked up. Called again, no one picked up. Called again, was immediately put on hold again without returning to the call. Finally at 11:45am I took an Uber to go get the car. I arrived there at 12pm and that's when the driver finally showed up at my house. Whoever was constantly putting me on hold without even at least giving me some kind of update should be fired. Period. That's not how to treat people in general let alone in a customer service position. That person should not be doing customer service. I have called the corporate office and am filing a formal complaint. I have every intention on following up and making sure some kind of action is taken. I really can't believe how incredibly rude I was treated.

::This operated more like a truck stop than a business. They asked for my driver's license ,credit card, and had the nerve to charge my card before letting me know that they did not have the vehicle I reserved. Thus, I was inconvenienced as I waited for the funds to be reimbursed to my card. Wake up America.

::I have rented several vehicles from this location. Each experience was the same, fantastic! They picked me up before and dropped me off after each rental. They always put me in a great vehicle at a great price. Much appreciation goes out to Ivar, Melisa and the rest of the team!

::About a month ago I went in for a consult about renting a car to go cross-country with my family. Recommendations were made and they even let us check out our options. I want to say I received a great offer of $1500 including fees/milage for a one way trip. We decided on a minivan for extra leg room. The day of pick-up came and everything went smoothly, no surprise fees and happy to see we even got a better Mini-van than expected. Made it cross-country in the 2017 Chrysler Pacific.
