  This location has the best rates, and customer service. I am a frequent renter from this company and I will continue to be a frequent customer as long as the rates and service stay phenomenal. I would've gave them five stars, however; I was disappointed to find out that they would not be able to drop me home because of the distance, even though I had just spent over $1,500 and it was pouring raining that morning. Smh. They should probably go by a case by case situation on the rides, and distance.

  I had a stellar experience with renting a car from this location. I originally had a reservation at another Enterprise branch but wasn't too happy with their service even before I went to pick up the car. I changed my pickup location to Perth Amboy and am glad I did. Everyone there was very professional. I rented a Premium SUV for the NYE weekend and really needed confirmation that I would get one for a long drive to Montreal. Granted my reservation was a bit last minute, but everyone was so accommodating from the questions I asked down to the pickup and dropoff. Stephanie was great and professional in confirming the reservation. Dylan was even more excellent with getting us the right add-ons. Knowing we were going to drive to Montreal with snow and ice, he provided lots of good options to ensure we had coverage for roadside assistance, miles and discounts on additional drivers. The car was exactly what we needed. For the Premium SUV, we received a 7000 mile Chevy Suburban which fit 6 adults and luggage perfectly. The car was in excellent condition. The drop-off was seamless and quick, thought a bit busy post holiday but we didn't have to wait that long.

  Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever had! If I had the option I would give no stars at all. I recently got into a car accident and this branch has been nothing but added stress. Not only were the employees harassing me over coverage of the rental (which is supposed to be taken care of by the person who hit me insurance), but the manager was a total douchebag as well. I honestly do not know how that gentleman got a higher position. If he continues to treat his customers like how he treated me, I know for sure that branch is going to lose customers. The only benefit is their employee Kat (from a different branch location) whom went more than out of her way to help me. If you want GREAT customer service go to the south amboy branch.
