::Had a great experience. It was not difficult to get to this location from logan airport. The front desk when I got there was not busy, but can get busy because of the number of customers that are in and out of this location. The price is far better than getting a car at logan airport though. almost 100-150 dollars less. Overall, I would recommend this location - only choose to arrive early.

::Very bad experience with this office. In Aug 5, 2016 made a booking for a full size SUV thru the hotel which I was staying in SeaPort hotel in Boston. Everythting was perfect I got a good rate and a representative from your rental office came to me in hotel with the car and while we were filling up he forms etc he saw that my driving license is a Saudi Arabian driving license and I have another international driving license issued in Saudi all of them written in English. All of a sudden he said sorry we can't rent you the car because your driving license is Saudi and this a State law not from them. I didn't believe that at all because I know some of my friends are now in MIT Boston and renting cars I went to the airport and I got a car in the spot no question asked. Now I want to know if it's true that in Boston you can't rent to a Saudi? And why the other rental companies DO NOT know about this State law that prohibits renting to Saudis.

::Fantastic experience! Customer service rep Anna was awesome for both check out and check in. Car was exactly what we needed. We flew in to Logan but used this location to save lots of money due to the fees that the airport franchise passes along. Free bus from airport drops you off about a 7 minute walk. About $3 to return to airport.
