  I would give them any stars. Your staff is a joke. Rude and told me couldn't rent a car because I appeared intoxicated lol I was just with the policy and I do not think.

  After having a one-star experience at another rental company I decided to rent from Enterprise on Broadway for a few more weeks and my experience from the moment I walked in until I returned the car was exceptional. They have a military discount also.

  Everyone was very nice and my whole transaction went very smoothly. We rented a car to drive to Ft. Collins for the day. Vehicle was clean and new. Brought it back the same day at 5 or so. There is an evening key drop for after hours drop-off. I would highly recommend this location!

  A couple of friends and I rented a truck today with the help of Lacey Allen. Received hands down, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. First I had to call and push back my reservation time thirty minutes, no problem. Then we decided to switch trucks to one with a larger bed (because I am moving a mattress today) again she was more than inclined to help us. All while being completely friendly, professional and so helpful. We are blown away and will definitely be using this enterprise car rental again just to see Lacey! You’re awesome!
