::Had to get a rental car after my car was totalled. This place worked with the other guys insurance and everything went flawlessly! They have nice cars and the rates aren't out of this world.

::The staff at a majority of their locations is amazing. The exception being the Uptown location in Minneapolis, MN. Ms Sourpuss was more than happy to get me out of her way. Every other location has been outstanding.

::Friendly service, though only 1 person on staff takes a few minutes to process each person. Great rates and no hassle compared to airport prices. Not a convenient location though if coming from the airport, but manageable with the rail and bus ride.
