::Check in was quick. They gave us a free upgrade to a from a full size car to a crossover, but it was a Mitsubishi Outlander so not really an upgrade. The car was clean and drove well. There was a discrepancy with how much gas we needed to return in the car, and they were quick to remove it from the bill. The location itself was easy to get to via bus, and quick to get on and off the highway.

::I gave this Enterprise Rent-A-Car 1 star because I made a reservation and was told that they had a Toyota Corolla ready for me. My fiance and I ubered to the Broadway location and was told that there was an error in their system and they had no vehicles left. It was noon on Saturday and it was our last day in Denver, and we wanted to drive around to go sight seeing. They told me I could wait there until 2:00 pm to see if a car becomes available. Obviously we weren't going to wait for a "chance" a car would become available on our last day of our mini vacation. No other car rental companies had any available cars that late. So we lost out on a rental car and wasted money on an Uber ride there and back. Be careful reserving a car with this location!

::Great service at the Downtown Denver location! They had everything ready for us when we arrived and we were there no longer than 10 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a car near the Downtown Denver area.

::I came from out of town to enjoy a vacation in Colorado (3/23-3/26). I was picking up the rental car in Denver, but my hotel was in Broomfield. Everything was going great including the customer service, but then things went downhill. The first car I was supposed to have, the tags were expired; then the second car had just had the windshield repaired/ replaced, so I had to wait 15-20 minutes. On Sunday (3/25/18), I came out to a flat tire & called the rental location. I was told to call AAA, and wait for them to replace the tire. I was told that there were no more rental vehicles for them to exchange my car, but was told that there was another Enterprise near me. Because I had to get on the interstate to return the car, I then had to go to Firestone to have the tire replaced (since Enterprise has a contract with Firestone Tires, and because I was not comfortable nor thought it safe to travel on the interstate in an unfamiliar area to me, in a car that is not my own). Honestly, I shouldn't have to take 3 hours out of my vacation to take care of a car that isn't mine; There were no additional plans offered to me, or even trying to have a replacement car sent from the local Enterprise near me. To make matters worse, there was a ton of water in the trunk where the spare tire was & the car was filled with dog hair (down in between the seats as well). I usually love renting with Enterprise, but if I'm going to have experiences like this, I will take my business somewhere else in the future. The only reason I gave a second star, was because the customer service in the beginning was superb.
