::I rented an economy car and they upgraded me without asking me first. They upgraded me to an SUV. I had rented the economy car because I'm not comfortable driving big cars and they are a waste of gas money. I told them I didn't want the SUV and they were like ok, we have to wait for someone to return an economy car, which can take about 30 to 40 minutes. I told them they shouldn't have upgraded without asking me first because I picked the economy car for a reason and they just shrugged and said they just wanted to give me an option. They did not give me an option. What they did was screw up because they were already running late and now I would be stuck waiting at least another hour to get out of there. I told them to cancel it. They totally ruined my plans for the weekend. The people who work at these places are so stupid that they have no concept of how badly they ruin people's travel plans with their mistakes. No wonder this is the job they do for a living.

::The company I work for reserves cars here every month and they never have replacements. We keep having to come back 3 different days and the customer service is awful.

::I use to like coming here and never had any problems. However, my last 2 experiences were just nightmares. I’m not sure if they’re are under different management. I did deal with the same person on those 2 occasions, whom I’ve never dealt with in the past. Nana, a heavy set gentleman, was assisting me but did not help at all. Did not even make an effort to try to help. I had to go to fort lee to rent a car which nana couldn’t tell me anything about the fort lee location. I had to leave and call enterprise fort lee myself for more info. Something nana I’m sure has access too and could of easily done himself.

::I Had a little wait for my car but was eventually upgraded to a SUV for the inconvemience. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they even picked me up and brought me back home after I was done. Best prices in the area for sure will def use them again in the near future.
