  Great place, the staff is super friendly and helpful. My only problem is that the windshield wipers need to be changed on the car I rented. It was raining heavily and I couldn't see anything, it felt like the water was being smeared across the glass.

  Reserve my rental and went to pick it up the associated that attendanted me was very very nice and very helpful I had requested a car the Kia Soul which is my choice and it was not available at that site and he called to see if someone can bring one over for me which they did and I was so happy I waited only approximately 25 minutes for the arrival of the car to come to that site I was very satisfied being that they had granted my request I will continue to rent with Enterprise.

  My overall experience was good. I have no complaints other then the phone number listed on the website was either a)out of service or b) the technicians NEVER answer the phone. I did inform a technician when upon return of my vehicle. Upon returning my vehicle there was a zero balance, now 2 weeks later and I check my credit card statement and notice an additional charge on my account. Yes, it's less the $15 but if's they take (less then) $15 from everyone that rents a car it adds up. I'm not happy about an additional charge weeks later.
