  Excellent service. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Hunter and Eric are very professional and polite. It was a pleasure doing business at the Monsey Enterprise.

  Friendly and customer oriented staff. Made extra efforts to make sure we had the proper vehicle and make our waiting time pleasant. Will rent from this office from now on.

  I've rented many cars with different companies at different locations and as far as I can remember this is the best experience I've ever had. Eric Berk was absolutely exceptional and went out of his way to make me happy. I will be renting from here the next time I need a rental car.

  Stay Away from this place. Very rude and extremely unprofessional establishment. I rent a lot of cars and this place should be added to history. Spoke to two people there about the charges on my card and they kept telling me the agent will call me to discuss. After 2 days I called back again since NO ONE ever called me and the guy finally got on the phone. He was rude and disrespectful yelled and hung up the phone on me. Called the Corporate office and they helped me out. do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.
