  I rent from Enterprise all over the country but I really really like this particular facility. It is easy to get to, the customer service is friendly, the cars are nice and - very important - even on late notice, you can usually get a car for a very reasonable price. I go directly to their website and it is usually less expensive or very comparable to Kayak, Expedia, Orbitz, and the like.

  I only rent cars from this location. The staff are friendly, personable, and accommodating. Although it is a small local franchise office, they always seem to have cars available at reasonable prices. I support Enterprise, in part, because it is a private, family owned corporation from St. Louis. They may not be as sophisticated as some other brands, but they make reasonable accommodations when needed and typically recognize repeat customers in person and on the phone. Because my car had less than a half tank of gas when rented, I was given a coupon for a free half tank on a future car return. Today they offered a free upgrade at no charge. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.

  Required add-ons like per-day insurance make the rate you end up paying a fair bit higher than the rate you'll see when making an online reservation. But, the folks at the Mission Street branch were friendly, had a good selection of vehicles, and were happy to accommodate my last-minute request for a 4WD vehicle with snow tires so we could make the pass in a storm.

  The famous "Enterprise, we'll pick you up!" offer is a sham. I spent $700 on a four day rental. When I returned the car expecting to get a ride to work -- a ride which I was counting on in order to make an important meeting -- I was told that I was ineligible because the ride is only good for 1.5 miles. That's completely absurd -- how often are you 1.5 miles away from an Enterprise location? And, on top of that, my office is an exactly 1.6 mile walk from this location. Horrible service -- the manager turned me down as well. Rent from a company that cares about their customers.
