::This is the most incompetent business I’ve ever been. The system automatically moved my reservation for an earlier time that what I booked. And they didn’t have cars available because “I was late for my reservation” and they put me on a waitlist in case someone cancelled. They did the same for 3 other people. 2 min later, they were giving my car to someone else. They are overbooking the cars they have. I also called to another location and the escalation department and they told me the same thing: “sorry, I can’t help you.” If you make a mess you should clean it up.

::After waiting in line for over 45 for a reservation that we made ahead of time, we had to leave due to another appointment we couldn’t miss. Not only did we miss our appointment time due to the long wait but they told us because we were past our reservation time, they gave the car away. WE WERE WAITING IN LINE FOR THAT VERY CAR. Waisting our time and the money they already charged us to hold the car. This is the worst enterprise I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve never had these kinds of problems with enterprise.. this is absolutely unacceptable. Thanks for wasting half of my day.

::I rented economy car at Sheraton Denver Downtown. When I went to pick up car they had no economy and I had to upgrade to Cadillac about $89 more and gas was about $55 more on my trip. The agent did not even check other enterprises for an economy car. I needed the car NOW. I Love Enterprise. They have the best competitive rates, but your the agent up-selled me at the counter and haggled with me on the insurance. This is first time ever for this to happen to me. Usually it is very quick and pleasant experience. Just very disappointed. Need another rental in June. Maybe I should try another car rental Agency.

::This was the best rental experience I've ever had. Special thanks to Dan who assisted me upon arrival and when returning the car. He definitely seemed to care about keeping the customer happy. I would definitely look to work with him next time i go in for a rental!

They were patient with my questions and concerns while swiftly managing to get me in and out. Returning the car was so simple and easy. They care about their customers, and are honest guys.
