::Great people to deal with. When I first got their the car I wanted wasn't ready. The person before me had made a mess of the car. The two Enterprise staff people Tim and Jonathan instantly upgraded me to a nicer and larger car for the same price for the entire time I had the rental. A+++ service at this location.

::Ever since I discovered Enteprise Teaneck branch, I didn’t go to anywhere else but here! The staff are very nice and very accommodating. They always make sure that you’re getting the satisfaction you deserve. Thank you guys for always been so professional and will definitely recommend this place!

::The vehicle was a Chrysler 300c. Temperature control was a mystery; there was no way to tell how hot or cold it was set at, only a blue down arrow or a red up arrow for adjustments. There was no USB port, only an electronic lighter outlet so if you didn't have a car charger you were out of luck. And I had to Google where the gas cap release button was located in order to fill the tank while I was pulled up at the pump. (it was inconspicuously placed in the pocket of the driver-side door.) Also, I was stopped by a police officer in Maryland saying that the registration (Pennsylvania plates) was expired (as of the day on which I picked up the car), but when I stopped at a local Maryland Enterprise location they assured me that was false- the registration was still good through the end of the month. Lastly, I requested they email me my receipt (on Friday) so I wouldn't have to wait around for them to print one for me (they were clearly very busy and my ride was about to arrive to pick me up), but when I checked my email on Sunday morning, there was no receipt sent to me. I will have to call on Monday to request the receipt again. Overall, not a good experience.

::My husband Troy and I are currently renting from your location and I just had to make sure and write a review based on my husband's recommendation. Troy says when he came in to trade the former car we had for the one we have now there were at least five couples ahead of us. According to him he noticed John at your location was the star of the show that day. He answered questions, answered the phone promptly, walked customers to their cars and was able to keep the lines flowing so they could get on their way. He also answered questions from other agents. He didn't break a sweat and maintained professionalism and poise which is rare to find. Troy who himself was in customer service for several years wanted to make sure John is praised and given his credit to his focus and demeanor while attending to so many customers that day. You have a winner on your team for sure!!!!

::The staff is friendly and warm and they are very helpful with selecting the best vehicle for your needs for the rate you want. The process was handled efficiently and with smiles all around. Great car, great service - definitely recommend!
