  I like Enterprise but when it comes to picking u up they send u through loops of bs just for you to still have to find another way to pick up your rental.

  we wanted a Suburban they said they may not have none available maybe a Ford Explorer or Expedition but I wanted to Suburban drove it all the way to Daytona and back no charge for mileage it cost about $600 it was a nice vehicle we loved it the people were very nice don't let them talk you into it the smaller SUV by the big one it does get good gas mileage I was happy with it this was the first time I ever seen the ocean we had a great time on your vacation thank you Enterprise mom's name is McCoy

  Enterprise came thru when I needed them. Rented a very clean, nice dependable car when my vehicle failed to start on a Sunday. Needed last minute reservations to make it home on time. Big, special thank you to Diedre in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana for being there and working under some adverse conditions . She was reassuring, friendly and helped me to get under way quickly.

  My most recent experience with Enterprise resulted in some final billing surprises. I'd highly recommend getting very detailed and exact info on any "upgrades and/or deals" by employees. I feel that I was misled and the cost to upgrade to another vehicle was minimized by the staff member. In the end, I paid over double what my online reservation quoted.
