  Came to drop off a car at 5 pm and was offered a ride home. After an hour on the phone trying to get in touch with another branch about a drop off fee I was told by the manager Robert Sagona "I refuse to give you a ride home". While I was trying figure out why he was charging me $100 to drop off the car I was given no help troubleshooting the problem (branch manager Robert Sagona wouldn't even provide the contact information for the other location). I was still in their basement parking lot on the phone with another friendlier branch when they closed up at 6pm. When I finally resolved the situation on my own I was stuck without a phone and couldn't order an uber because I was on the phone so long it died. In the freezing cold I slowly made my way home because I couldn't hail a cab. Can't make this stuff up. Poor manangement in my opinion. Matthew was much better! New manger is not polite at all and provides zero assistance. For an added bonus he also wouldn't allowed me to switch credit cards for payment.

  The staff was friendly and efficient. I got a great car quickly and my return was speedy. It was a great transaction!

  I've rented here several times.The branch manager and staff are all very helpful. Great location to use if you're in the Forest Hills area. Returned recently, special thanks to Zack, Maureen and the man who prepped my vehicle (I didn't get his name.) Everyone at this location provides excellent customer service.

  I reserved a compact car last minute the day before. Upon arrival at this great location by subway, I was greeted by Maureen and Magnus. They upgraded the vehicle for me because there were no more compact vehicles available. Maureen was hands down one of the most pleasant customer service rep I've ever met. I will definitely be coming back to this Enterprise location again.
