::A second great experience with this Enterprise location, although I have not had a bad experience at any location in town. They picked up the car at the body shop, so all I had to do was pick up my now beautiful car and leave. Very easy AND they kept my parking hang-tag that I left in the car so I could pick it up!

::An Enterprise agent promptly picked me up at a collesion shop where I left my car for repair. Very friendly and efficiently, he gathered all required info and assigned me a rental, which I enjoyed driving for the next 9 days. Unfortunately, that was the end of what had been a very good experience. At the time I returned the rental, only one other customer was in the office, hence, not very busy. Yet, no one bothered to said a simple thank you for you business. (I suppose since my credit card info was in their files, being Civil was not required.) Later, I had to call back for an explanation of my receipt texted after I left their office.

::Enterprise has asked me to share my experience of renting a vehicle from their San Antonio location. I have been a customer of Enterprise for over 30 years. I own commercial greenhouses and have primarily rented commercial trucks. However, on this occasion I rented a private vehicle for over a month. I am very disappointed in the car rental department. The car I rented was a brand new 2018 F it'd Expedition. It is a great vehicle but they do not have the running boards attached, making it extremely difficult to get in and out. In addition, I contacted the location from where I rented it on five different dates as I had questions about my bill and I also wanted to have the running boards attached. I never received a return phone call. I contacted the local DM and let him know I had reached out to no avail and he assured me I would be receiving a phone call. As of this writing, no one has reached out to me. Funny, they sure know my number when the bill is due!!!!
