  Rental agency was professional and helpful on car pick up. Upon drop off, my co-worker dropped our car off at Hertz and the Enterprise team took the time to understand the error and work with us to locate the car. Amazing service and will definitely make enterprise my preferred rental company.

  The car was great, and so was the service, but this is the second time we were quoted almost HALF of the actual bill. When we checked in at the airport, we were quoted ~$90 dollars. We purchased no additional services, and we filled the tank up prior to bring it back, and yet the bill was close to $150. If your quote had been more accurate from the beginning, we would have chosen to take a ride share service, which is what we will likely do from now on. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me within the hour and completely resolved my concerns. As noted above, the service is amazing, and disputes are handled very quickly.

  I had a horrific flight experience that resulted in me having to rebook my car several times. Each time I spoke to Enterprise they were empathetic, even though they had nothing to do with my flights. They were also able to easily accommodate my change to a one way rental. I ended up arriving into Nashville late Sunday night. My travel started at 3 that morning and Tennessee wasn't even the original state I wanted to be in. We also had issues with our baggage so by the time I even got to the rental counter I just assumed something would go wrong. Boy, was I wrong in a good way. I approached the counter and with no wait I was greeted by a very nice young man, I wish I would have gotten his name, again very empathetic to my frustration over my travel woes. Our interaction was brief as he was efficient and ready to assist us. He gave us excellent directions and sent us on our way. We met the next representative and again I forgot his name, he was amazing. He got us bottled water, offered to help with our luggage and was so friendly. As we were walking to our rental he noticed how much luggage we had and said it all wouldn't fit in the size of rental we had. Instead of sending us back in to book a new car he upgraded us on spot for no extra charge. He let us pick what he had available, assisted us getting our bags loaded and started the car to let it warm up. The service with Enterprise over the phone as well as in Nashville was top notch. After all our travel issues we were able to end our day on a very positive note. Thank you to all that helped us, Enterprise will easily be our go to rental company after this fantastic experience!

  Getting our rental and returning it was quick and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. However, the rental we had was awful. I felt like we were in a tin can, it was so small! No leg room, I'm a short woman and my legs hurt from driving, we had 2 suitcases and the trunk barely fit 1. The windows were dirty and the inside was dirty. FYI it was Ford Fiesta. Spend more money for something bigger or ask for a different vehicle, I promise you will hate this car.

  They were great! Very friendly and efficient throughout the entire process. They were also very helpful and understanding when my husband and I missed our connecting flight and had to change our pick up time at the last minute. They even lowered the price since we would be picking up the car 12 hours later than originally booked for. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.
