  Sales Person Gaffer was Excellent!!!!!! His customer service was A One. He followed up with us and helped us get the perfect vehicle for our needs. The family loves it. Every person we encountered was friendly, courteous, and professional. I will recommend Elmwood Park Enterprise to everyone I know searching for a New/Used vehicle.

  I had a great car buying experience, mike my sale consultant kept in contact with me from the first point of contact up until after I made my purchase. I would recommend enterprise to anyone looking to purchase a car.

  My first time getting a car and it was an experience for the books. KK & Jennifer are the most outstanding employees and got right down to business. They are not only extremely professional but also personable and very funny too. They were some of the most welcoming people, and very easy to work with. They made the long process of waiting and paperwork seem not so bad.

  My experience with enterprise car sales was great! I was unfamiliar with how the process worked but it made buying a car very simple, which is not the case at other dealerships. Mike Velasquez was my salesman and he was excellent. He not only provided great costumer service but made me feel comfortable with accommodating something in my price range. I would definitely highly recommend enterprise car sales and will certainly be a returning costumer!

  We had the most satisfied and positive experience at this location with our salesman Jon. He really did his best to make us feel confident in our choice and made it a true seamless process. He went above and beyond for us. My family had gone with me to multiple dealerships over the course of 6 months. I was never satisfied with other places either with the cars they were showing me or just their customer service. I went in one random Saturday with my whole family and Jon made us feel so comfortable. Told him what I wanted, he found the best fit on the lot, and we purchased it that day. Went in the next day to pick it up because he got me brand new tires when he found a nail in the tires. He went above and beyond by getting me a gift card for the trouble of coming in again. Overall he made us feel really confident with our choice. Their cars are all in mint condition and come with a warranty that most dealerships can’t offer. The whole process he was there. Jennifer and Mohammad in the Finance Department also went above and beyond. The whole place is really comfortable and they have the best customer service. Coming from someone who had been shopping for a long time and finally meeting these people who were able to help me purchase the car I wanted without feeling uneasy about my choice!
