::I came into this garage by accident, the attendant prints a ticket and hands it to me. When I realized I was in the wrong parking and wanted to leave, he charges me $15 for the ticket which is for 1 hour. When I told him I was literally in there for 2 minutres, he tells me I'm not the boss this is what the owner wants me to do. I don't get it. $15 for pulling in for 2 minutes?
