  Staff was not very cooperative after my appointment. I had to switch doctors because I moved across the state and they would not send my information to the new doctor even after my new doctor and I both called several times. The doctor seemed perfectly fine though.

  Made an appointment for two kids and the woman who conducts hearing tests insisted the 2-year old child waiting to be tested stay in the waiting area outside while his sister was being tested. Why would they allow appointments for two kids if both can't be there at the same time? If they're worried about distractions, why not mention it over the phone? Difficulty with counting?
