  I really need to deposit money on a Saturday but the ATM doesn't take deposits. Why??? Spent money to park.

  My car got destroyed by another driver and ENT refused to give me the same rate for a replacement vehicle even though I never missed a payment. Then, when I mostly changed banks, apparently one item was on auto pay. They acquired a sizeable "loan" before notifying me of it and trashed my credit. After my credit was trashed, they were kind enough to then notify me claiming I owed them $2. I called them about this mysterious amount and it turned out to be about $250--not $2 at all. I paid it right away but alas, I'm still out of luck. If I wanted the big box "we'll chill and collect our secret loan proceeds and screw you" experience, I would have banked at Bank of America. Buyer beware.

  This place is like paradise. I came from Bank of the West, which was pretty much the most disorganized, unfriendly, customer hating bank I've seen. I walked into this friendly, calm space at ENT, to have my entire transaction, including opening an account and getting two debit cards and was in branch for 7 min. With cards, cash and pin numbers activated!! Hallelujah!

  Anyone staff!!!! Was accidentally issued a check with a repeat number from a job, and not only did they call around get it taken care of and get it cashed, they did it right as they were closing and stayed an extra 15 mins to get me taken of. They are the best! I'm actually thinking I'm going to open up an account with them and get away from evil wells Fargo after 10+ years the service was so good!
