  Fantastic experience. I’m a long time San Antonio resident that currently lives in NC. I purchased a 10 class pass while in town visiting friends. Allison and all of my instructors have been very encouraging and positive. I was timid about rowing, but now I LOVE it!

  I have tried the Shockwave and Indorow sessions, and I like both classes. Shockwave is a low-impact crosstraining class which you can perform at your own pace. Indorow is intervals of water rowing with some rest breaks. The classes are fun and the time passes quickly.

  Energy X Fitness has been the answer I've been looking for in working toward my fitness goals. The weekly lineup of classes offers a perfectly diverse set of workouts to incorporate intensity/power, strength training, endurance/cardio, and even stretching and relaxation. Every class offers a perfect balance of challenges and accomplishment to give a feeling of rejuvenation and motivation to start (or end) the day. The welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff help to make the clientele feel like a tight-knit community. If you're tired of the same task-based feeling you get from going to a traditional gym, do yourself a favor and check this out for yourself. They even offer your 1st class for free.

  This is so much better than Crossfit. Allison & Danny know how to make a workout both hard, and enjoyable. An hour long class goes by so fast!

  I usually workout outdoors but the heat this summer was unbearable so I was looking for a workout indoors. I also have had some knee issues. I am so happy I found EnergyXfitness. It is a great workout. I like both the class that uses the TRX, kettle bells, and rowing and the class that is just rowing. I have been injury free while getting a total body workout. I have told some friends about it and they are hooked. The classes are challenging for all ages. All the instructors are knowledgeable, very helpful, and incouraging.
