  Classes and instructors/personal trainers are terrific. The problem is that many of the machines are consistently in disrepair. Some do not track properly and have annoying clicking or vibrations while the computer programs/timing/calorie features on some others do not work at all— for weeks at a time. The televisions on the machines are always an issue. Most have only two or three channels and one of them has no sound. This has been going on for years. Regular complaints by customers go unheeded. Requests to speak to management go unreturned. This is a small gym and Membership is expensive relative to other gyms. There are only a few of each type of machine so the loss/ malfunction of A few machines has a major impact. For the money customers expect a greater level of performance and service. Customers are openly grumbling about this and talking about moving. We all love the convenience of the locations and the available classes, but if the machines don’t work (and management doesn’t care) they why should people stay?

  I really like the no pressure atmosphere. It doesn't matter what I'm wearing or what my level of ability is. There are always people to help or ask questions if you need. The classes are always tuned into the ability of those taking the class. The instructor always give an alternate which makes everyone feel comfortable.

  Amazing place. Love the STRONG classes and the trainers. Definitely one of the best fitness centers around.

  Great trainers. Very knowledgeable. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. New and exciting classes. The perfect gym!
