  Can't call them. Facebook info different from web site. Called the phone number on Facebook and reached a shoe store. Good luck getting an email reply. I've dealt with many companies over the years. Those that have good customer service tend to stay in business. Ghost companies like Energy-Armor that don't have a telephone number; that don't have a Customer Service Department, won't be there in the future to actually provide a lifetime guarantee.
