  Not only is the space extremely comfortable, Al is extremely knowledgeable and helpful for people new to yoga like myself.

  First of all, the environment created at Encourage yoga is wonderful! Each teacher is talented and has something different to teach you every class. They are genuine and care very much about the each individuals practice. I wouldn't recommend any other place!
