  I have been going to Dr Cabansag for a couple years but have known her for many more. What a wonderful person and a great dentist. Multiple reminders of my appointment and I have never had to wait. It is good to have someone value my time. I have no dental insurance and Encore is less expensive than my prior dentists. No scare tactics to drum up business either. I highly recommend Encore!

  This review was composed a year ago. It has been in limbo because of the automated spam filter. Edited to adhere to guidelines today. If you are pregnant do not waste time here! When scheduling an appointment I made sure to let them know I was pregnant. The receptionist said that he would confirm that it was okay to come in. After a brief hold I was informed that I could be seen, and that all I needed to do was bring a note from my prenatal Doctor stating what procedures and medications were permitted. Well I arrive to my appointment and all of a sudden after taking one photo, telling me something that I already knew (because of my trip to the ER that prompted the appointment I scheduled in the first place) she informed me that she did not work with pregnant patients. She did however give me a referral (I basically paid 30.00) for and get this..... The dentist wasn't in network with my coverage. I absolutely felt I was taken advantage of because of my pregnancy. Again, her personal preference is not to work with pregnant patients. Do not pay to waste your time. I can see your reply to my review from my most current email, but not from here. Editing to add my reply. Your practice was aware of the reason for my scheduled appointment. An abscessed wisdom tooth. It wouldn't have been rocket science for you to tell me over the phone that it was something you couldn't help me with. It seems to me that with so many patients, on top of the fact that I informed you that I was pregnant as well as what my issue was, that you only intended to get me in there to tell me what I told you and then take my 30. Something about the whole ordeal just seems dishonest to me. I don't like to think that about anyone. I really did feel taken advantage of. Mrs. Flood

  This is a good local practice. My wife and I both go here, and their service and work has always been good. I recently took my son here after breaking a tooth and having the repair fail 2 times in 3 weeks (from his previous dentist). The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and my stated opinions ( I'm sure this part was was annoying to her :) ), and she then reviewed our options. In the end, she was able to make a nice repair on a difficult tooth. With care, this should last him a while longer and will increase its service life. She has proven to me that she is a conscientious and skilled practitioner, and my son now has a new Dentist.

  Nice staff, clean office. Terrible pricing but that’s all dentists. Nancy is very sweet though. They do great work, I had two root canals and three crowns put in but was relatively painless.

  My wife, 3 boys, and I have been patients of Encore Dentistry for about 2 years. Appointment times are very flexible for school and work hours, and we have really loved the care from DDS Cabansag and her staff.
