  I use to enjoy going to this place but suddenly they started making up there own rules outside the rental agreement It's supposed to be a 250.00 deposit on all rentals but at the location on Northern Blvd they add up all the miles and insurance on the spot and then ask for the full amount before taking a truck I had to pay 1,800 for a rental in full on the spot The following week I went to budget truck rental and got a 3 day rental with the same mileage for 600.00 with only a 150.00 deposit this is no lie!!!

  Use my Credit Info WITHOUT notifying me. In my period of renting a car, there was a fee for EZPASS. But they never let me know until it become overdue. Then they use my credit card which was supposed to pay the renting payment to pay the violation in the dark. I called the office but the person who in charge of the issue never answered the phone. Please take care if you want to rent a car in the company.

  Easy to rent with good price!! I've rented a 15 passenger van for my family vacation. The place is really close by my house and open very early morning. That was really helpful for me. Normally other big vans don't have back camera but Empire provided me one has it. And much cheaper than other major rental company. When I visited the place, there are many cars, vans and trucks. It was good to know for next time.

  I'm in a rock band and have done the rental thing more times than I can remember from the many franchises over the years. The Empire Rent A Car in Flushing was by far the best experience I've had. I picked up a very reasonably priced minivan rental on a Friday morning and returned it on a Monday afternoon. It was clean, drove like a dream and was great on gas. The rental process was straight forward, and Gloria was AWESOME addressing any concerns I had. Very good people at this place who care about their customers. I will definitely be using their services again this summer. Highly, highly recommended. Keep up the good work guys! \m/
