  Very unreliable and unresponsive. Contacted last week of March. Came around for quote. Quote sent on 27th March via email. Replied back to the email with questions on quote which was not responded to. Called on the phone and was told very busy hence no reply to email (understandable). April 16th called to confirm acceptance of quote and sent email as well. Was told very busy till end of May and should touch base again around 20th to confirm exact date. I emailed and called on 17th May to confirm date. No response to email again. Was told on the phone that lets talk on Monday/Tuesday depending on weather the job could start on Thursday (24th). Once again no call was received on Monday/Tuesday so I called on Wednesday and said job could start on Friday (25th) and finish on Tuesday. Finally came around on Friday but with wrong ladder and forgetting the details of the job and that extra 1 day would be required (again understandable given it had been over a month). Says will come back in an hour with right equipment but 15 mins after leaving a voicemail has been left saying that better to start the work on Tuesday! I had been very patient for over a month but made a huge mistake. Decided not to go ahead.

  We’re very happy with the work by E.M.P., Inc. and the crew did on our townhouse interior. The guys are professionals and worked diligently to ensure our request were met or exceeded. The work was done well, met our budget, and completed on time as promised (despite the Nor’easter Quinn snow storm). The owner is a very good guy to work with. He sets a great example of how people should do business. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
