  This is the worse. I have to file a complaint against this place with Gina who runs this disorganized and unprofessional group. They give me an appointment for 830am, 45 minutes later I ask when I will be seen for my test and was informed 2 patients before me is still taken care of I have to wait until 10:15am. They had the wrong social security and phone number in my records. One previous visit for 10:30am a patient who had an appointment for 9:00am was still waiting to be seen. Dr Brian Feehan and Gina needs a new crew. I am going to see that this nonsense not go on like this. No respect for patients' time and the receptionist today at 830 am in room 302 had an attitude when you ask why your appointment is delayed and for an estimated time you will be seen. My advice see another cardiologist. Empire Medical Associates is the worst.

  Very disorganized. Very unhelpful. I've been waiting over a week for MRI results. Seems like nobody does what they are being paid to do.

  I have never waited so long for anything. If you HAVE TO come here then make your appointment at 9am so at least you can be seen by lunch. Even when you are seen they try to get you out as quick as possible.

  I have never waited to so long to be seen... Have appointment then to come to be put in the room for 2hr without being seen..Their excuse DRS working alone.... Same excuse every time I come.... Time to change DRS, Another thing is that DRS always changing and you can never get to know just 1...HORRIBLE

  A lot of improvement is needed here, the wait is too long for the amount of patients that get sent here, the staff needs to get faster
