  I am so lucky to have found Empire Lock. Last week I was in need of a package that had been jammed into my mailbox by the post office. My first instinct was to smash out the lock myself, but Empire took a much more reasonable approach to the situation. They managed to open the lock, without damaging it. They could have easily charged me more for the process but instead just charged me for a "lock out." I got my package, didn't have to replace the lock mechanism, and had such a pleasant experience. I should also mention that they rushed the job for me and had it done within 30 min of me calling them. Thank you so much for your help. Empire is my new lock company!!!

  I called at 7:30 am on a friday and some lady answered. Today actually. She took my infotmation and said it should take about an hour for the locksmith to arrive. Seemed kinda long because they are 4 blocks away but whatever. An hour goes by and nothing. I call back and she just hangs the phone up. Then i call back and some guy answers the phone and throughout the conversation he asks me about my address and how to spell it like 4 times. After the 4th time i got fed up and called M&D locksmith also in the area. I gove them one star because if it wasnt for thier terrible service i wouldnt have learned about M&D.
