  The worst experience ever. We picked a floor {took two appointments}. Then we made and confirmed a date of instillation. we got a call morning of instillation telling us the installers are nearby and they will arrive in an hour or two. after two hours I called the salesperson to ask about the timing she said "if they called you and said they were coming, then they are coming" After a couple of hours more i started calling all the EMPIRE numbers I had. about 3pm after many calls the salesperson said they not coming soon after the EMPIRE worst customer service persons ever also told me the New York Area offices were closed for the day With all this mess up on the EMPIRE part Nobody wants to talk to me or fix anything or even give a proper apology. THIS IS WHY WE NEED SOCIAL NETWORKING LESS BAMBOOZELING MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Never had such a terrible experience with a company before. I’m dumbfounded this place is still in business! My wife lost 3 days of pay waiting for this company to show up and render the services paid for. I’m typically easy going when it comes to customer service, but this was UNBELIEVABLE. We ordered carpet for a staircase and a hallway, put down a deposit and awaited installation. The day before installation, placed a call to confirm that everything was still in place and the company confirmed that it was. On the actual delivery day, several hours went by and nobody showed up. Had to place several calls to the company. Each time the lies progressed. First, the installers were still loading the truck. Then they were just finishing loading the truck and about to leave. Finally, there was a mistake with the entire load on the truck…wrong materials etc. Supposedly we were one of many customers that would not be receiving our installation that day because of their mistake. They rescheduled us for the next day. Hours went by THAT day before we inquired about when they’d be arriving. They continued to claim we were next on the schedule until finally they said the installers wouldn’t be coming at all. One department claimed we weren’t even on the schedule that day AT ALL despite what we were told; and even admitted that had we not called them to inquire, nobody would have even reached out to us. After dozens of phone calls and individuals from every department passing the buck, pointing the finger at another party, or flat out just telling us anything to get us off the phone…a third scheduling was made for us to be the very first installation another day. Of course you guessed it, hours passed again and dozens of phone calls/voicemails went IGNORED by multiple people whom we had previous conversations with. All of them made promises to us that went unfulfilled. Frank, Joe, Kim, Mancuso and Maggio are all a bunch of dishonest scumbags who will say ANYTHING to placate you, get you off the phone and avoid dealing with you. The installers finally showed up 4 hours late on the third day and started the job. It took us refusing to cut the check for the remaining balance, and showing that I was willing to standoff with these installers if need be, in order for the office heads to finally get on the phone with us and somewhat rectify the situation. Considering what this company put us through, they still got off easy. And I’m still so furious I only wish one of them would step out of their office and see me face to face as a man. Nonetheless, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!!! They’ll sell you a dream and WON’T deliver. Even if they present you with a quote that beats competition, go with another company! I assure you the small savings won’t be worth the massive headache. You truly do get what you pay for. And life reminded me once again of this the hard way. DON’T make the same mistake.
