  Horrible they have been dealing with my husband stay away. They don't stand behind the product they sell. Carpet on one side of the house is falling apart. Other side is fine but they blame that its because I didn't get them pro cleaned. I used my own shampoo cleaner. They are blaming that lol If that was the case how come one side is fine and the other isnt. Plus the manager who inspected the carpet admitted it was bad carpet and admitted guilt. STAY AWAY

  If I could rate this experience with zero stars I would! Had carpet installed after having our walls painted about a month prior and the installers left scratch marks (that go as high as 3 feet from the carpet) on every side of the walls. This went way beyond the typical scratches that might occur during installation, by the molding. Also nails and staples left in every room. Very careless work and the company offered a fraction to compensate for the damage that was done. I would never consider their business again and I'm sure to share my experience with anyone who is interested in new carpets. And I continue getting calls every so often about their wonderful sales and discounts! Go with another company!

  Gave me an estimate for my hall and steps for $1665. I asked about an additional bedroom and closet but got no price. I asked about other carpets that weren't top of the line and I was told to give him a price I would spend and he would show me carpet in my price range. I was pushed into signing a contract even though I was unsure about this. The rep told me it's a great price and he's on my side trying to get me the best deal etc. (He was in a hurry to give me a price and leave.) I called and canceled my order. On that call they said how about if we give it to you for $1200 instead. I said no because I want carpet in other rooms too. Yesterday I got an email asking hey, how about we give you that same carpet etc for $950. Well now I don't trust them. My really good deal is now offered to me at half the price?... this is no deal it's pushing people to make a purchase they are way over paying for. Update: I had home depot give me an estimate for the full second floor, bedroom, steps, hall, office, and there price was $720. I ended up doing it all my self for around $300.

  At this point we are filing a lawsuit against Empire Carpet for $1700 and we have no flooring in our house! They rescheduled 6 times. The 6th reschedule was because they accidentally had the wrong carpeting! What did they bring with them the last 2 times?? tried to install carpeting without the Louan that we PAID for TWICE!! thats just a couple of the problems we've had and now I can seem to get my money back? They won't cancel it!! They make you jump through 1 million hoops. Buyer beware!!
