  Made an appointment online and the sales person came, looked at my apartment, stated that everything could be done and scheduled the installation. The installers come to do the job and look at the flooring under the laminate in the kitchen. They state that they cannot touch the floors due to a possibility of asbestos because it is not within Empire's terms, but they can do it as a private hire for a set price. They soon realize that they do not want to deal with the possibility of asbestos and leave. The salesperson should have known more about the logistics of the process and should have done more to look at everything before we made arrangements and took off time from work. Very frustrating.

  They completely suck, they rescheduled my appointment 3 times at the end i had to cancel. what a waste of time !!!!!

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. Twice they promised delivery and did not show. Do not trust anything they say. Do not fall for their slick B's. Never again.

  EMPIRE... BAD NEWS THE SELL YOU A BILL OF GOODS AND THEN DONT SHOW UP AT ALL THEN THEY NDONT WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM !!!
