  After speaking with the NYSOH for about an hour and STill they had NOT answered my questions, but only confused me more, I called Ms. Zeinab. Bader at the Empire Office in Bay Ridge, let me just say: She is a very helpful and patient Lady ! She was clear on explaining how the June 2017 new regulations had changed the renewal processs. Which me less anxious and nervous. Then she processed my renewal quick, painless, and hassle free. Thank You Ms. Bader!! If you need help with CHP renewal or new application ask for Ms. Zeinab Bader, she doesnt BS around, she gives it to you straight. Quite Refreshing! Keep up the Great work !!

  The agents at this office are hard workers and very loyal especially Zeinab Bader ,she does her best to accommodate the people who come to her . The only complaint I have from this location is the poor quality of the office space and there equipment is not up to date for them to help there members who come in . For a big company like Empire I think they can do a lot better with expanding the office to better seat there members in the waiting area and better equipment for the agents to help speed up the process of applications for the agents and members . The Bay Ridge area needs this office in this area so please help fix this problem as the office has many members coming in everyday.

  Worst customer service skills I've ever experienced in my life. Staff is rude, they have no order in this office which is extremely small. There is no appointment system they just take people when they feel like it. The woman that worked there took a quick fix and turned it into a 3 hour problem, had me leave the office to call because she didn't want to. The woman was very rude and disrespectful!!! I would never go back to this place. Horrible.
